Verify your account (KYC)

Regulated programs must confirm who you are before you can fund or withdraw. This is called KYC (Know Your Customer).

Steps

  1. 1In your account dashboard, open the Verification or Profile section.
  2. 2Upload a clear photo of a valid ID: international passport, driver's licence or national ID card.
  3. 3Upload a proof of address dated within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
  4. 4Submit and wait for approval. This usually takes a few hours to one business day.

Make sure all four corners of the document are visible and the text is readable. Blurry photos are the most common reason for rejection.
